Sponsorship Letter 2026

Greetings,

The Bryson-Ivery Academic Scholarship Fund Committee and the Montgomery Alumni Chapter (MAC) of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity’s Guide Right (GR) Foundation respectfully solicit your support as a sponsor for a golf tournament fundraiser at Lagoon Park Golf Course, Montgomery, AL on October 8, 2026. Both organizations are IRS 501(c)(3) organizations, making your donation a tax-deductible contribution. Net proceeds will support both organizations stated missions and goals.

The Bryson-Ivery Academic Scholarship Fund was established in March 2023 and thus far, awarded $68,000 in scholarships to 34 students. The GR Foundation was established in August 2004, and this Foundation helps young men (grades 4 through 12) in central Alabama build a foundation for success through education, career readiness, financial literacy, and community service. Currently, 118 young men are enrolled and over the years, 90+% of them pursued higher learning via collegiate enrollment or joined the U.S. military.

Please help us continue to make a positive difference in the lives of deserving students and young men by sponsoring this golf tournament. The sponsorship categories are as follows:

Lunch                    $2,500

• o  Full event participation for 12 golfers
• o  Company logo or name printed on 18 professional hole signs
• o  Company banner displayed at registration, lunch and award ceremony

Platinum              $2,500

•  Full event participation for 12 golfers
• Company logo or name printed on 18 professional hole signs
• Company banner displayed at registration, lunch and award ceremony

Gold                       $2,000

• Full event participation for 8 golfers
• Company logo or name printed on 12 professional hole signs
• Company banner displayed at lunch and award ceremony

Silver                      $1,500

• Full event participation for 4 golfers
• Company logo or name printed on 8 professional hole signs

Bronze                   $1,000

• Full event participation for 2-golfers
• Company logo or name printed on a 4 professional hole signs 

Hole Sponsor   $500 – name and information printed on 1 professional hole sign
